STEP 1

Orientation Workshop

We begin with a workshop that gives participants practical, psychology-based tools for navigating difficult conversations with confidence and respect. Through applied learning and real-time practice, participants build emotional awareness, set clear boundaries, and strengthen communication in ways that prepare them for the work ahead.

Step 2

Applied Feedback Practice

Following the workshop, participants begin applying feedback in real work using the Open360™ Tool. This phase focuses on getting oriented to the tool and practicing feedback conversations in low-risk, real-world contexts. Participants send their first feedback requests and build comfort with the process, so when the more intensive work begins, the focus stays on growth rather than logistics.

Step 3

Focused Feedback

The Guided 360™ process then deepens into an intentional, feedback-focused experience supported by a weekly curriculum. Over the first five weeks, participants move from easier conversations into a focused feedback sprint and, by mid-process, into more complex and challenging conversations tied directly to real work and relationships. This phase builds the capacity to stay present, grounded, and engaged in feedback conversations

Insight to Action

With weeks of feedback, data, and reflection in hand, participants step back to identify patterns, surface key insights, and clarify what’s next. We guide them through making sense of what they’ve learned and turning it into a focused, realistic growth plan grounded in real work and relationships.

This phase marks the close of the Guided 360™ process and the beginning of participants continuing their development with the new knowledge, skills, and momentum they’ve gained through the process.
