STEP 1

Kick-Off and Orientation

We launch with a virtual session that gets everyone aligned. Participants gain access to the Open360™ Tool, learn what to expect, and send their first feedback request. Right away, we turn intention into action.

Step 2

Starter Conversations

Growth starts small. In week one, participants engage in three simple conversations, choosing people and topics they feel most comfortable with. They also begin a curriculum designed to build foundational feedback skills.

Step 3

Feedback Sprint

Over the next three weeks, participants gather a variety of feedback, focusing not on performance evaluation, but communication patterns, self-awareness, and relationship dynamics. Weekly content and one-on-one coaching help them digest what they’re learning and stay supported throughout.

Challenging Conversations

Now that participants have built confidence, we ask them to be brave. During week five, participants prepare for having harder conversations that require courage. Curriculum supports mindset shifts and preparation for these conversations, while 1:1 coaching sessions help participants approach these moments with self-awareness and care.

Audit and Growth PLan

With weeks of data and reflections in hand, participants analyze the feedback they’ve received to identify patterns, spot gaps, and clarify what’s next. We guide them through building a personal growth plan rooted in real insights.

Final Debrief

We close the experience with a final debrief to solidify lessons learned, celebrate growth, and define what success looks like going forward. Participants leave with direction, momentum, and clear next steps.
