How IT WORKS

A better way to develop your leaders.

Great leadership grows through practice. The Guided 360 is an eight-week leadership development experience that combines our proprietary Open360™ Platform with individual coaching, ongoing feedback, weekly guidance, peer learning, and real-time practice.

STEP 1

Prepare

Leaders begin together with practical, psychology-based tools for navigating direct conversations with greater confidence, awareness, and respect. They learn how to ask for feedback, listen without becoming defensive, communicate more effectively, and create the conditions for honest dialogue.

  • Have direct conversations about how others experience their leadership
  • Build greater safety and openness in everyday conversations

Step 2

Discover

Leaders begin requesting feedback from the people who experience their leadership every day. They gather perspectives across real work and relationships, then use weekly guidance and individual coaching to make sense of what they’re hearing.

  • Reflect on feedback to understand their strengths, patterns, and impact
  • Identify development priorities grounded in real experience
  • Look beyond a single comment to see larger themes and opportunities

Step 3

Practice

Insight becomes action. Leaders apply what they’re learning in real conversations, decisions, challenges, and relationships – including the harder situations where leadership skill matters most. They practice new behaviors, observe what happens, adjust, and try again with continued coaching and support.

  • Practice better leadership in real work situations
  • Build greater safety, improve communication, and strengthen relationships
  • Coach and support their teams so others can do their best work

step 4

Continue

Leaders bring together their feedback, reflection, coaching, and experience to identify what they want to continue developing. Each participant leaves with a focused growth plan grounded in their individual strengths, challenges, responsibilities, and real work.

The eight weeks mark the end of the Guided 360 process – not the end of development. Leaders leave with a new way to learn through their work, relationships, and feedback long after the formal process ends.

  • Focus development around their specific strengths and challenges
  • Continue seeking feedback and checking their impact
  • Take greater ownership of their own development and the growth of others

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

By helping us understand and embrace our individual strengths, Collette empowered each of us to think differently about how we lead, work, and show up in our personal and professional lives. It was meaningful and actionable. I can’t recommend her or Open360 enough.

Morgan Stanley, Co-Founder & President of BrainTrust

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I collaborated with Collette to bring her to my organization’s leadership retreat and teach communication strategies to volunteer student officers and staff members. She reached and exceeded my expectations for her session...Hearing her strategies and learning objectives repeated throughout the remainder of the program, both in-session and around meals, showed me that her lessons stuck.

Daniel Walker, M.Ed., Assistant Executive Director of Chi Psi Fraternity

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Collette Revere was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was friendly, approachable, and incredibly easy to collaborate with...Her presentation on rethinking traditional performance management was insightful and refreshing, and the ideas she shared really resonated with our group. Collette also created a welcoming environment for conversation and questions, which made the session feel engaging and meaningful. We’re grateful she shared her expertise with us and would gladly welcome her back anytime.

What makes the Guided 360 different?

Experiential, Not Theoretical:
Leaders practice through real conversations, decisions, challenges, and relationships – not hypothetical classroom exercises.
Direct, Not Anonymous:
Participants speak with the people they work with, ask questions, and gain the context needed to understand their impact.
Personal, Not Prescriptive:
Each leader identifies their own strengths, patterns, and priorities rather than following a generic development plan.
Guided, Not Handed Off:
Weekly structure, individual coaching, participant check-ins, and organizational sponsor support help keep development active and visible.
Focused On Ownership:
Leaders learn to manage their own development and support the growth of others rather than waiting for HR to orchestrate every next step.

Better leadership creates better results.
