Collette Revere began her career as a therapist, focusing on family systems and dynamics. She quickly saw that the same challenges families face also appear in workplaces. Transitioning to the corporate world, Collette dedicated herself to supporting leaders and teams, discovering that the key solutions were universal: self-awareness, healthy boundaries, personal responsibility, emotional safety, and open communication.
For over two decades, Collette has passionately worked to help leaders and organizations create effective, comprehensive systems for people and performance built on transparency, respect, and partnership. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology, is accredited as an ICF and Gallup strengths coach, and is a certified change management professional.
